Return and Dispute Policy

This Return and Dispute Policy outlines the terms under which jn@rv5.net (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles cancellations, refunds, and disputes for our CRM software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to this policy.


1. Subscription Billing and Renewals

Our CRM Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, annual, or custom). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation, including partial months.


2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not provide prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.


3. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to a system error
  • Accidental upgrades reported within 48 hours
  • Technical failure preventing access to the service for an extended period (more than 72 hours) without resolution

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to jn@rv5.net within 7 days of the transaction.


4. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost. Once the trial ends, charges will begin automatically unless canceled.


5. Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact us at jn@rv5.net within 15 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and respond within 5 business days.

Failure to contact us within the timeframe may result in a waiver of any right to dispute the charge.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Reversal of any applicable discounts or credits

If a chargeback is filed and resolved in our favor, you remain responsible for all outstanding balances and any applicable chargeback fees.


7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute related to this policy or your use of the Service:

  • You agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication with our support team.
  • If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
